After 20 years in the world of fine food and wine, and traveling the world to share her experiences with others, Jennifer went through a major lifestyle change when her fibromyalgia symptoms — hidden for 10 years from most of the people in her life — became overwhelming. After giving up on traditional medications because they only made the symptoms worse, she chose a holistic route to heal herself, and after eliminating gluten and dairy found that things began to change. While going through the process of detoxification and having to re-learn how to live her life, and how to eat, Jennifer realized how difficult it was even for someone with her years of food experience.

Out of her challenges and desire to live a delicious life no matter what, she created Zenfully Delicious on a mission to help others with chronic illness do the same.

Jennifer’s adventures as a culinary explorer can be found on The Gilded Fork, an online food and wine magazine she co-founded in 2005 with Chef Mark Tafoya, and where together they created the world’s first all-food podcast channel, the Culinary Media Network. The site has been nominated for numerous awards, including a Tasty Awards nomination for Best Travel Series: Web. They released their first cookbook, The Gilded Fork: Entertaining at Home, in 2009.  Food Philosophy, Jennifer’s podcast on the network, has been broadcast on Sirius satellite radio.

Prior to her leap into new media, Jennifer spent a decade working with the world’s greatest chefs, and is the former Director of Culinary Programs for Relais & Chateaux, where she launched the Ecole des Chefs program with more than 100 master and Michelin-starred chefs from around the world.

Jennifer lives in New York City, and holds a B.S. in International Business and Marketing from the Stern School of Business at New York University. For more information, or to inquire about speaking engagements, please send an e-mail to jennifer [at] zenfullydelicious [dot] com.
