Note: Vitamins C and E plus enzymes in the papaya and avocado help exfoliate and smooth the complexion. The banana is an antioxidant and provides plenty of potassium. The honey has antibacterial properties and helps your skin glow.

½ a papaya
½ avocado
½ banana
1 teaspoon honey

Peel, slice and blend all ingredients in a small mixer until a nice, smooth paste forms. Apply to your face and leave for 15-20 minutes. Rinse with warm water and pat dry.

This looks a healthy option for face masks. I have indulged in Banana masks, they are very effective. Will try this one too.

This seems like a really great way to freshen up your face. I never would have thought of putting food on your face to help your skin. It is amazing the things that people think of. I will have to try this.
